REFUND POLICY - Environmental Concern reserves the right to cancel a course, if fewer than the minimum number of participants (7) enroll two weeks prior to the scheduled course date.  Should a course be withdrawn, registrants will be notified and receive a full refund.  To cancel and receive a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee), Environmental Concern must receive written notice at least two weeks prior to the course.  In addition to the $25 processing fee, a 25% fee will be assessed for cancellations received less than two weeks before a course.  No refund will be made once a registrant has taken the course, or if the registrant fails to show for the course.
